Promoting and Contributing to Interfaith Harmony
The SAB regularly participates in interfaith dialogues and gatherings. These sessions are key in promoting harmony and greater understanding among the various religious communities in Singapore.
Here are some proactive ways in which the SAB contributes to the strengthening of interfaith relations in Singapore:
- Being a member of the National Steering Committee and Working Group on Racial and Religious Harmony
- Having organised the Harmony Games twice in 2013 and 2022, in partnership with the Singapore Khalsa Association
- Regular engagement with other faith leaders
- Speaking at and participating in interfaith events
